How Hearing Health Group, LLC Works

Three simple steps to better hearing — guided by experts, backed by honest pricing.

Get a Hearing Evaluation
1

Get a Hearing Evaluation

Begin with a comprehensive audiological assessment. A hearing test (audiogram) from a licensed audiologist or ENT physician gives you and our team the insight needed to identify the right hearing solution. Most insurance plans cover the cost of these evaluations. No local audiologist? Use our free online hearing screening as a starting point.
Choose the Right Device
2

Choose the Right Device

Once you have your audiogram, our specialists will help you select the device best matched to your level of hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget. Whether you prefer rechargeable, Bluetooth-enabled, or discreet in-ear styles, we will help you find the right fit. Guidance is always provided at no additional charge.
Receive, Try, and Optimize
3

Receive, Try, and Optimize

Your device ships promptly after ordering — all hearing aid orders include free priority shipping. You have 60 full days to try the device and decide if it meets your expectations. During this period, our team provides complimentary fitting adjustments and programming. If reprogramming is needed after the trial, professional adjustment sessions are available at $45.00 per appointment.
