At Hearing Health Group, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your eligible hearing aid purchase, you may return it within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please contact a Hearing Health Group, LLC representative to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Once the item is received and inspected by our team, provided it remains in the same condition as it was received, we will confirm the status of your refund within 5 business days.

Warranty and Service Guidelines

All support and service requests must be handled directly through Hearing Health Group, LLC. Submitting hearing aids or accessories to outside third-party facilities may result in damage or voided warranties. To ensure proper handling and protection of your investment, always contact our team first.

Pre-Return Troubleshooting

Before returning any devices due to malfunction, please confirm the following steps have been completed:

• Clean the receiver/speaker and replace the wax filter
• Insert new batteries or ensure the device is fully charged
• Confirm the device is powered on and properly fitted

If issues persist after these steps, our support team is available to assist you.

Return Process

Contact Hearing Health Group, LLC for a return authorization

A client may return any hearing aid(s) and/or accessories within the 45-day Trial Period (beginning on the delivery date), and Hearing Health Group will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item(s) by mail. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. No refunds will be issued after the 45-day Trial Period has expired.

Domes, wax guards, and batteries may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.

No refund will be issued until all products are received by Hearing Health Group. All returned hearing aids and accessories must be in substantially the same condition as when received, less normal wear and tear.

Return Conditions and Stipulations

• Condition requirement: All products must be returned in the same new condition as they were received, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Hearing aids: Eligible for return within 45 days from purchase. No refunds or exchanges after this period.
• Accessories: Only returnable if there is a verified manufacturer defect. Returns will not be accepted for accessories ordered in error or due to customer preference.
• Custom items: Including colored hearing aids, custom molds, receivers, domes, filters, and cables are non-returnable unless previously authorized.
• Supply orders and chargers: Not eligible for return unless defective and approved.
• Unauthorized returns: Will not be processed or refunded.
• Shipping charges: Will be deducted from the original payment method for all returned items.
• The site may require submission of a hearing test or confirmation of care by a licensed provider.
• We reserve the right to refuse sales that do not comply with federal/state law.
• Devices are dispensed in accordance with FDA and state licensure rules.

Notice Regarding Returns and Adjustments

If you are a resident of Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, or West Virginia, you must read and acknowledge the applicable statement for your state below.

Please note that our standard 45-day return period exceeds the minimum required by most states.

Alaska

You may cancel this transaction within 30 days from the date you receive the hearing aid or this notice, whichever is later. You may also cancel this transaction within 60 days from the date you receive the hearing aid or this notice, whichever is later, if the hearing aid dealer is not a licensed physician or a licensed audiologist and if a licensed physician or a licensed audiologist advises you in writing to cancel this transaction. If you cancel this transaction, the property you traded in, the payments you made under the sale or lease (less certain costs allowed by state law), and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within 20 days following receipt by the hearing aid dealer of your cancellation notice, and the hearing aid dealer will cancel any security interest arising out of the sale or lease.

California

You may contact Hearing Health Group via email at support@hearingcorp.com for the address and available hours for Hearing Health Group audiologists for fitting, post-fitting adjustments, and servicing of hearing aids.

This hearing aid is warranted to be specifically fit for your particular needs. If the hearing aid is not initially fit for your needs, it may be returned to the seller within 45 days of the initial delivery date. The seller will either adjust or replace the hearing aid or promptly refund the total amount paid. This warranty does not affect any protections or remedies available under other laws.

Colorado

The buyer has been advised that any examination or representation made by a dispenser in connection with dispensing, fitting, or dealing in hearing aids is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a licensed physician and must not be regarded as medical opinion or advice.

The buyer has the right to cancel this purchase for any reason at any time before midnight on the 100th calendar day after receiving the hearing aid by providing written notice and returning the hearing aid, unless it has been significantly damaged beyond repair while under the buyer's control.

The dispenser will promptly refund all money paid if the hearing aid is not delivered within 30 days after the contract is signed or receipt is issued.

Connecticut

The buyer has the right to cancel this purchase or rental for any reason before midnight on the 30th calendar day after receiving the hearing aid.

A cancellation fee of 12% of the purchase price may apply.

If a buyer places a deposit of $100 or more and cannot inspect the hearing aid within 45 days after the seller receives the deposit, the buyer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the deposit, less any examination costs.

If the hearing aid is returned within 30 days in the same condition as purchased (ordinary wear excepted), the buyer is entitled to free adjustments or a full refund.

Georgia

I have read, understand, and have signed or initialed a copy of the Refund and Return Policy.

The policy explains:

• Whether I may return the hearing aid for a full refund.
• Whether I may receive a partial refund or credit.
• What service fees, if any, will be refunded or credited.

Idaho

This bill of sale is null and void if the hearing aid is not delivered within 30 days after the written contract is signed. In that event, the licensee shall promptly refund all monies paid for the hearing aid.

Kentucky

The client has the right to cancel this purchase for any reason before midnight on the 30th calendar day after receiving the hearing instrument(s).

Cancellation may be made by mailing written notice to Hearing Health Group. Upon cancellation, the seller may retain up to 10% of the selling price.

Maine

A 30-day trial period begins on the delivery date. During that period, the dealer shall provide any service, fitting, or repairs necessary for the beneficial and comfortable use of the hearing aid(s).

Maryland

You may cancel this purchase for any reason within 30 days after delivery of the hearing aid.

The seller may retain 10% of the purchase price, or actual costs up to 20%, to cover dispensing costs.

To cancel:

1. Provide written notice to Hearing Health Group within 30 days.
2. Make the hearing aid available to the seller in substantially the same condition as when received.

Minnesota

Minnesota law gives the buyer the right to cancel this purchase for any reason before midnight on the 45th calendar day after receiving the hearing aid(s).

Cancellation must be made in writing.

The buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price, less a cancellation fee of no more than $250.

Nevada

Buyers may contact Hearing Health Group to schedule a follow-up appointment no later than 21 days after the hearing aid is delivered.

New Hampshire

You have the right to cancel this purchase or rental for any reason within 30 days after receiving the hearing aid.

New York

In addition to other rights, the buyer has the right to cancel this purchase for any reason before midnight on the 45th calendar day after receiving the hearing aid and return it in the same condition, ordinary wear excepted.

Hearing Health Group will pay for return shipping.

By law, the seller may retain up to 10% of the total purchase price, including batteries, cords, accessories, and related fees.

Ohio

Under Ohio law, a consumer has the right to return a hearing aid for any reason within 30 days after delivery and receive a refund, less any allowable expenses.

For Hearing Health Group, the deduction from the refund is $0.

Oklahoma

Oklahoma law gives the purchaser the right to cancel the purchase for any reason by returning the hearing aid before midnight on the 30th calendar day after receipt.

The hearing aid provider may retain a cancellation fee not exceeding 10% of the purchase price or $150 per hearing aid, whichever is less.

If the hearing aid provider fails to comply, complaints should be directed to:

If the hearing aid is returned for repairs or adjustments during the trial period, the trial period is extended until the hearing aid is returned.

Pennsylvania

If a hearing aid is returned within 30 days in the same condition (ordinary wear excepted), the buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee may not exceed 10% of the purchase price or $150 per hearing aid and accessories, whichever is less.

If the order is canceled before delivery, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

Rhode Island

The purchaser has a 30-day trial period during which the hearing aid may be returned in its original condition, less normal wear, with no further financial obligation.

This product is protected under Chapter 45 of Title 6, "Enforcement of Assistive Technology Warranties."

Texas

Hearing Health Group recommends a follow-up appointment within 30 days after the hearing instrument fitting.

Vermont

You have a 45-day trial period beginning on the date you receive your hearing aid.

If you are not satisfied during that period, you may return the hearing aid for a full refund.

If the hearing aid has been damaged, your refund may be reduced by the reasonable cost of the damage.

Virginia

Within 30 days after delivery, any buyer may return a hearing aid for any reason, provided it is returned in satisfactory condition.

The purchaser is entitled to a replacement or refund, less reasonable charges for medical, audiological, and hearing aid evaluation services.

West Virginia

You have the right to return the hearing aid within 30 days after receipt and rescind the purchase agreement, except for reasonable fitting and examination charges (maximum $125), if the hearing aid:

• Does not function properly;
• Cannot be adjusted to correct your hearing deficiency; or
• Is otherwise unsatisfactory.

The hearing aid must be returned without damage.
