Both services require shipping of your hearing aids. Shipping instructions will be provided after successful billing for your purchase. We will ship your hearing aids back to you once service is complete. We have the fastest turnaround of any hearing aid service center, typically requiring only 2 business days of handling time (not including shipping time).
