Custom Programming & Fitting

We work closely with licensed professionals to ensure accurate programming, proper performance, and ongoing support whenever you need it. Every device is preprogrammed to your audiology report at no extra cost.

You'll be required to upload your hearing test to your order before checking out. No recent audiogram? You're welcome to take our free hearing screening instead, or send us your latest hearing test for review.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping: Included. Every device is custom programmed and typically ships within an average of 5 business days, with tracking.

Returns: 45-day return period.

Warranty: A 36-month protection plan provided directly by Hearing Health Group, including coverage for manufacturing defects — so you can wear them with complete peace of mind.
